Marcus has over 20 years of experience in agronomy, plant science, product and business development. He has worked in a variety of leadership roles for multinationals like Syngenta, Monsanto and startups like New Leaf Symbiotics. He holds a Ph. D. in Crop and Soil Science from Michigan State University.

His current role is Vice President of Science and Technology at DPH Biologicals. Marcus is also an accomplished scientist, with several publications and patents in soil health and nutrition, and crop science.
